We use Capital Legacy to draw up your will and to advise you of gaps you can fill by taking out additional cover to prevent shortfalls that will be cumbersome for your heirs.

We handle all of your administration needs from first contact when we carefully collect all of the information needed, then process it to obtain comparative quotations on your specific needs from more than one option. The quotations will then be summarized with our input for you to make an informed decision.

Claims Administration & Negotiation

We handle your claims from notification stage to finalization stage and will negotiate the best outcome for our clients with the Insurers. We intervene when problems arise and act on your behalf between company, supplier and client.

Asset Protection

With your permission and cooperation we ensure by using an inventory for your personal Short-term need to establish your replacement values or an Asset List to establish your Business Insurance need. We base your quotations on the information given to ensure a fair outcome. For Life and related we shall draw up a financial analysis and risk profile to ensure your needs are summarized and implemented correctly.

Regulatory Status

In 2024, ERB was officially licensed as a Financial Services Provider (FSP 5186), authorizing the company to offer a broad spectrum of financial services. The team has grown from two to five professionals, with plans to expand to six. All staff operate collaboratively with a shared commitment to treating customers fairly and with due care.
